Lena Dunham meets fans and signs copies of her book, "Not That Kind of Girl," at Waterstones, Piccadilly, Oct. 29, 2014, in London.

Lena Dunham has always been outspoken on the subject of women's reproductive rights.

Now, she's enlisting the help of her A-list pals to spread the word about Planned Parenthood Action Fund's Women Are Watching Campaign, an initiative aimed to encourage women to vote for politicians who support that cause.

Lena Dunham Is Getting Political on her Book Tour

"We hear a lot about how apathetic our millennial youth are, but that just hasn't been my experience. My friends, as well as the young women I met on my book tour who are friends now too, have so much joy, anger, hunger for change," the actress told Glamour magazine. "I want us to show up at the polls in record numbers, to show that we won’t stand for attacks on women and their rights, that we recognize our power to shape the future."

So, Dunham, 28, teamed up with Planned Parenthood to design a T-shirt that reads, "Lena [Hearts] Planned Parenthood," to promote the campaign. (It's currently on sale for $25 online.) The "Not That Kind of Girl" author has posted photos of her famous friends wearing it too. Here are a handful, below.
