Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard say that even after a dozen years together, the duo are still very much attracted to one another.
"I wouldn’t say we need spicing up. We haven’t had to turn to leather accoutrements or anything. It’s still functioning quite well,” Shepard told People magazine Thursday for its cover story this week.

“I didn’t marry you for your pecs, I married you for your mouth," Bell tells the magazine. But she adds, joking, "I’ve second-guessed it quite a few times!"
Bell adds that she still find her husband very attractive and that, "We stimulate each other a lot with debates, and the great thing is we disagree on 99.9 percent of topics on the planet."
And supporting one another is always just as important.

This sassy interview comes one day after the couple spoke to the same magazine about the ups and down on their road to marriage.
"Things that you work really, really, really hard for always yield the best results," Bell said. The couple has admitted in the past that they've even gone to couples counseling and it's only made them a stronger duo.
“We definitely had to work really hard at being a couple because we’re both incredibly, painfully stubborn, and we’re pretty much opposites,” Shepard added.
Even though he wasn't for marriage at first, Shepard decided to propose in 2009, knowing how much it meant to his Bell.
"Ultimately, I was like, ‘Well, I’m doing it because my partner wants that,'" he told People. "Forget the tradition or history of marriage as a concept, you knowing I was doing something that I didn’t want to do because I loved you was a big sign for you."
“We do a lot of things differently, but there’s a couple things where I’m just like, ‘God, can we not just fall inside the lines once in a while?" Bell said. "It felt nice afterwards."
