Quarantine life isn't always easy, but Katherine Schwarzenegger is all about finding the "silver lining" of it all.

"It's been a great silver lining during quarantine to be able to spend so much time with my family and to be able to have everybody be healthy and safe," the 30-year-old told "Good Morning America."

Additionally, Schwarzenegger said she hopes "to be able to learn from them" as she embarks on her journey as a mom.

As for how she and Pratt, 41, have been spending quarantine, Schwarzenegger said they "definitely have been having indoor, at-home date nights.

She credits her food storage containers, from Rubbermaid's Brilliance collection, for making it easier to find things in the refrigerator, eat healthy and meal plan throughout the week.

Katherine Schwarzenegger hosts 'Prep School' - a virtual "few ingredients, many dishes" cooking class in partnership with Rubbermaid and their line of Brilliance storage containers.

This has helped Schwarzenegger get "more comfortable" in the kitchen. As a self-proclaimed "big baker," she has always felt confident in that area -- but getting better at cooking has been the goal as of late.

"I feel like that's a huge part about, you know, preparing for motherhood is getting more comfortable in that area and being able to have your life in the kitchen organized," she explained.

On top of getting ready to be a mom, Schwarzenegger is just as busy as ever during quarantine with her new podcast, "The Gift of Forgiveness." The podcast, based on her book of the same name which published in March, launches next Friday in partnership with Headspace Studios.

Schwarzenegger said the process has required a lot of time" but it's something she is "really passionate about" thanks to deep chats with the likes of Jessica Simpson, Chelsea Handler, Sean Hayes, Cheryl Burke and more.

"Being able to get inspired by all the people that I've been able to interview on this podcast throughout being in quarantine just gives me inspiration beyond words that I can even describe," she said. "That has been a huge gift to me and will be a huge gift to all the people who are able to listen to it and just be inspired by other people's forgiveness journeys."
