You may know her as JWoww on "Jersey Shore," but at home, Jenni Farley is just mom to her son Greyson.
Several months after Farley was told by Greyson's doctors that he is living with autism, she's taken it upon herself to document his journey, but also show the world that he's thriving like any other toddler.
(MORE: The cast of 'Jersey Shore' on their TV comeback)On Tuesday, the reality star showed the world just how far her son, who loves Spider-Man, Captain America and playing games with mommy, has come.
"I'm so proud and excited to update you guys on Greyson's progress!" she wrote on Instagram.
In the full YouTube video, Farley talks about the amazing progress her son has achieved working with an applied behavior analysis and the organization We Care Autism.
Fans get to meet his therapist, Ashley, and learn about things like potty training, which his mom says Greyson is "kicking a-- and taking names."
But the "craziest difference ever" has come through speech work -- as he was previously non-verbal -- and getting the little boy comfortable being with other kids his own age.
Farley lets her son show off his progress as he plays a word association game with his therapist, counting coins and even identifying different animals.
"This is your big day," Farley tells her son in the sweet video. "It's Greyson's day!"

"Going from not acknowledging your name or being able to sit for literally 30 seconds to doing, I can't even explain it," she says proudly. "I feel like you're just taking over the world one day at a time."
