One's an Oscar nominee and the other is royalty. But back almost two decades ago, Eddie Redmayne and Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge, were just teens at Eton College, trying to fit in and make friends.
Recently, photos of the two on the school's rugby team together in 1997 surfaced, along with another photo (see the photo in the video above) of the two looking dapper on the school's steps.
It's pretty amazing, considering how far the two have come.
Redmayne, 33, is up for an Oscar later this month for portraying Stephen Hawking in "The Theory of Everything," while William, 32, is expecting another child with his wife Kate.
