Donald Glover will play young Lando Calrissian in an upcoming Han Solo "Star Wars" film, according to Disney.
The untitled movie, which is expected to be released in 2018, will be directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, and will star Alden Ehrenreich as a young Han Solo.
The film will focus on the Calrissian and Solo, played by Billy Dee Williams and Harrison Ford in "The Empire Strikes Back" and "Return of the Jedi," as young men.

Also, we'd like to publicly apologize to Donald for ruining Comic-Con for him forever.”
Glover, 33, has had a banner 2016. In June, it was revealed that he will appear in "Spider-Man: Homecoming," and more recently, "Atlanta," the FX show which he created and stars in, premiered to rave reviews.
He has not yet commented on his "Star Wars" role.
