Clare Crawley is sending a message to her critics to remind them their words affect her.

Following her departure from "The Bachelorette" earlier this month after finding love with Dale Moss, Crawley has faced both positive and negative feedback for her relationship.

She shared a selfie with a lengthy message Saturday to explain more about how this commentary affects her emotional state and how she chooses to respond.

"Hi. It's me, Clare. Not Clare that you have seen edited on your television or social media squares. But the human one with feelings, insecurities, emotions, and a normal life just like you," she wrote.

"And just like you, I'm going through things, big and small, that all of us experience at some point or another," she continued. "Just like some of you I can be shy and awkward or even fighting off my anxiety the best I can that day. There are good days and bad days. Being on reality TV doesn't exempt me (or any of us) from that."

She spoke about how she attempts to take the high road when it comes to receiving hate but doesn't always find that easy to do.

"I will always do my best to rise above the negativity and find the positive, but I am not superhuman," she wrote.

"So when you choose to pass judgements without knowing someone personally or even something as small as a snide comment, please remember just like you, I am simply trying my best," she concluded.

Crawley previously spoke about her response to those who critique her relationship while appearing on "Good Morning America" with her fiancé. She admitted, "I'd be lying it I said it's been easy."

"I'm human, and the things people say without knowing the full truth and without seeing exactly how things really happened and genuinely happened, it just blows my mind," she said.

Her response to those sending her negativity?

"I just honestly want to send them love, because I think hurt people hurt people," she said. "And if you care enough to go on my social media, go on [Moss'] social media, take the time to write things out and spread hate, it just really says kind of what's going internally on with them, if you're coming from a place of anger, a place of hate."
