Bindi Irwin has welcomed her first child with husband Chandler Powell.

The daughter of late "Crocodile Hunter" star Steve Irwin announced the birth of her daughter, Grace Warrior Irwin Powell, on Friday.

"March 25, 2021. Celebrating the two loves of my life. Happy first wedding anniversary to my sweetheart husband and day of birth to our beautiful daughter," the 22-year-old wrote, revealing that the couple's child was born on their one-year wedding anniversary.

Irwin then went on to explain how they chose their daughter's name.

"Our graceful warrior is the most beautiful light," she said. "Grace is named after my great-grandmother, and relatives in Chandler’s family dating back to the 1700s. Her middle names, Warrior Irwin, are a tribute to my dad and his legacy as the most incredible Wildlife Warrior. Her last name is Powell and she already has such a kind soul just like her dad."

"There are no words to describe the infinite amount of love in our hearts for our sweet baby girl," Irwin ended the post. "She chose the perfect day to be born and we feel tremendously blessed."

A month later they revealed they were having a girl.

The couple, who married one year ago in a small ceremony at the Australia Zoo early on during the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, have kept their fan base updated on many special moments throughout Bindi's pregnancy.

"It is so nice that we'll be able to introduce her to her grandfather through all of the documentaries," she told "Entertainment Tonight" in February. "It's really special."

"I think it's really special that as a family we get to remember him, honor him in absolutely everything that we do. ... And make sure that that legacy never, ever dies no matter what," Bindi's brother, Robert, 17, added.

Bindi also told "ET" that Steve "would've been a good, good grandpa."

"I don't think we would've ever seen our daughter," she shared. "He would've just whisked her away into the zoo and it would've been perfect."
