Newly announced "Bachelor" Nick Viall said he realizes being chosen for the hit ABC show is a “huge responsibility" but he had some reservations when the network first approached him for the gig.
“At first I was like, ‘Really? C’mon,’” Viall, 35, explained on “Good Morning America” today. “They asked me and I was very nervous. It took me a couple days. I told them I had to think about it.”
“It’s a huge responsibility but it’s obviously an amazing opportunity so ultimately I accepted,” he added.
He’s excited and anxious ahead of his upcoming season because “there’s a lot of expectations that come with it and there’s also no guarantees,” he said. “You just never know if you’re going to connect with [the women]. Maybe you really like someone who doesn’t really like you back. You just never know.”
