'Bachelor' Contestant Britt Breaks Silence After Elimination

WATCH: 'Bachelor' Castoff Jade Roper Speaks Out

Britt Nilsson was seen as an early favorite on "The Bachelor," but in Monday night's episode, she was sent home early.

Nilsson, however, seems to be doing fine.

"My momma and I couldn't sleep at all tonight, so we went out on a late night/early morning walk and we just stumbled upon this giant heart :) :)" she wrote on Instagram earlier today. "...it's all gonna be OK."

In Monday's episode of the ABC reality series, Nilsson said she planned to leave the show early.

However, during her conversation with Chris Soules, it became clear that the "Bachelor" star had been swayed by things that other contestants said about Nilsson's behavior behind the scenes, and that he planned to ask her to leave anyway.

"I'm not even going to address all of the things said about me except that I choose to forgive and love those people because I understand how intense of an environment we were all in, and viewers can plainly see that I tell Chris the truth every time. That speaks for itself and everything else will come and go," she wrote Monday. "I also apologize for processing my emotions out loud when I should have waited for privacy. I ask for grace and forgiveness as well. Love you guys. Seriously!"
