'Bachelor' alums Raven Gates, Adam Gottschalk expecting 1st baby

Bachelor Nation is about to gain another tiny member, because alums Raven Gates and Adam Gottschalk are expecting.

Sharing the news with their social media followers on Sunday, Gates announced, "OVER THE MOON EXCITED TO SHARE THE NEWS! Our Honeymoon baby will be here in January!"

"I’ve loved you before you were in my womb!" she added, alongside a series of photos of the couple posing with their ultrasound pictures.

Gottschalk shared the same excitement for his upcoming bundle of joy, captioning his post, "Beyond excited to announce our little baby into this world. Your Mom has already started to like Daddy’s food groups and I think that’s a great start. Cheers to fatherhood. Coming soon… January 2022."

Gates, 30, and Gottschalk, 31, met and fell in love on season four of "Bachelor In Paradise" in 2017. They married in April 2021.

This will be the first child for them both.

"It's so exciting," Gates raved to People, noting that they learned they were pregnant shortly after their April nuptials. "I've wanted to be a mom for a long time. And I always imagined creating a family with someone I love so much. And expanding my love with Adam into a human, I can't even imagine!"

After revealing the baby news, the couple was flooded with congratulations from fans and, of course, other members of "Bachelor Nation," including former host Chris Harrison.

"Damn right!!!!! Love this and love you guys. So excited. Congratulations and all my blessings," he commented.

Fellow "Bachelor" alum Ashley Iaconetti, who is also currently pregnant and expecting her first child with Jared Haibon, who she also met on "Bachelor in Paradise," gushed, "YAyy! You’re so cute!! You’re gonna be the sweetest parents."
